How you qualify
Publish a listing and have it approved. The first 20 owners to reach that point are in. There’s no code to enter and nothing to apply for — if you’re one of the 20, it shows up on your listings page automatically.
What you get
No platform commission on your first 10 bookings. You keep the full rental price on every one of them. Normally GTNT takes 15%, with a $3.50 minimum, out of the owner’s payout.
What counts as one of the 10
A booking counts against your 10 as soon as a renter requests it. If it falls through — you decline it, it expires, or it’s cancelled — it’s credited straight back to you. The one exception is cancelling a booking yourself inside 24 hours of pickup: that one still counts.
Listing is always free
For everyone, offer or not — however many items you want to list, it costs you nothing. Commission is only charged on bookings that are real and completed as per the Terms of Service.
When it ends
When 20 owners have claimed it. There’s no deadline. Once you’re in, your 10 bookings are yours — closing the offer to new owners doesn’t affect anyone already in it.
Everything else is normal
Sales tax, security deposit holds, cancellations and payouts all work exactly as described in the Terms of Service.
